Meet The Staff of Kohls-Weelborg Ford-Mercury

		Ron Kohls Co-owner. Ron has been part owner since 1980 and has been in the auto industry for 40 years. Ron's name is a household name with the customer base he has built up over the years. His daughter, Tina, is the Finance Manager, making this a family dealership. Ron enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters and his grandchildren.
		Brett Weelborg- Co-owner. Brett has been involved with Kohls/Weelborg Ford since 1987. As part owner Brett is here for you and his smiling face is usually one of the first faces you'll see in the dealership. Brett enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 daughters and a son. You can also find Brett cruising on his Harley or golfing at the local golf links.
		Tina Klinkner- Finance Manager. Tina has worked for her father for nearly 15 years and her husband is the Service Advisor. She loves working within the Kohls/Weelborg family and she also enjoys the sports activities of her son and daughter.
		Doug Kopischke- Sales Manager. Doug has been in the Kohls/Weelborg family for the past 10 years, after many years in banking/insurance industry. Doug has been married to his wonderful wife for nearly 30 years and they have one daughter and two sons. He is also very involved within the Morgan, Mn, community including 25 years with the Morgan fire dept and ambulance service. He even dabbles in acting in the local playhouse.
		Dave Beranek- Sales Consultant. Dave has a strong following of loyal customers from his hard work and customer service for the past 12 years at Kohls/Weelborg Ford. His hobbies include riding his motorcycle, snowmobiling and pretty much anything to do with the outdoors with his wife of nearly 40 years.
		Joel Read- Sales Consultant. Joel has sold cars for Kohls/Weelborg Ford for over 16 years. Being born and raised in Redwood Falls, Mn, if Joel doesn't know you, you must have just driven into town. Along with spending time with his wife and three girls, Joel is a volunteer fireman. He likes to ride motorcycle, snowmobile, and cruise in his Mustang.
		Jim Oman- Sales Consultant. Jim was a shoe salesman before taking his skills to Kohls/Weelborg Ford nearly 10 years ago. Hunting with his dog Harley and riding his ATV take up Jim's spare time. He has recently moved to Redwood Falls.
		Drew Larson- Commercial Truck Manager. Drew has been selling commercial trucks for the dealership for over 5 years. Living in Springfield, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and anything sports.
		Rick Farmer- Sales Consultant. Rick is carrying on the family tradition and has been selling cars for Kohls/Weelborg Ford for 3 years. Rick's father, Ray, sold cars for 40 years. Living in Morton with his wife and kids Rick is a member of the volunteer fire department. Rick spent 6 years in the Navy and 14 years at Schulte Homes.
		Jason Garman- Service Manager. Jason has been in the Kohls/Weelborg family since 1990. His vast mechanical background insures your automobile will be diagnosed and fixed correctly. Along with anything 'cars' Jason spends time with his wife, 2 daughters and a new baby boy!
		Ron Klinkner- Service Advisor. Ron has worked for Kohls/Weelborg Ford for over 14 years and is usually the first face you'll see in the Service Dept. His wife, Tina, is the Finance Manager and his father-in-law is co-owner Ron Kohls. Ron enjoys spending time with his 2 children and is also an EMT for North Memorial.
		Kristy Volz- Service Writer. Kristy is the newest addition to the Kohls/Weelborg Ford family, being here for less than six months. When not at work, Kristy loves spending time with her husband and 2 children. She also enjoys golfing, fishing, and bowling.
		Theresa Wertish- Business Office Manager. Theresa has worked for the dealership for over 40 years! She controls the hub of operations and keeps the company running smoothly. When not spending time with her husband and daughter, she enjoys gardening, quilting and cooking.
		Jacque Reck- Assistant Office Manager. Jacque has been a member of the team for nearly a year and makes Theresa's job much easier. Jacque has a vast amount of schooling in management and is a key addition. She enjoys spending time with her son and also loves old cars.
		Gail Sorensen- Receptionist. Gail has been in the Kohls/Weelborg family for over 12 years and is usually the 1^st voice you will hear when you call or walk in the showroom. Married with two grown children and 2 grandkids, Gail loves to sew in her spare time.
		Melanie Frederiksen- Receptionist. Melonie joined the staff in 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family. When not working, Melanie enjoys gardening, camping and playing Scrabble against the computer or family members..

		Parts Department
		Ken 'Kenny' Gano- has been with the dealership since 1986, but has been in the car business for many more. Usually the first face you see in Parts, Ken is an avid fisherman. Kenny has two daughters and a son.
		Kevin Wyffels- Since 1989 Kevin has been part of the family. His expertise in the Parts Department guarantees customer satisfaction. He's a golfer with a family of all girls.

		Detail Department
		Kevin Zaske - has been with Kohls/Weelborg for over 2 years after many long years in retail. When not making your new vehicle look its best, you'll find Kevin hunting, training hunting dogs or watching NASCAR with his wife and daughter.

		Service Technicians
		Jerry Guetter- A quarter century ago, Jerry started his career here at the dealership. His knowledge and patience are a great benefit to the newer mechanics. If he's not fishing, Jerry is with his wife of 27 years or with his 2 grandchildren.
		Steve Castle- 21 years in our service department has made Steve a major part of our rock solid foundation. His electrical expertise makes him a valuable asset to our team. Steve spends most of his off time following his 2 kids to their sporting events, or some quiet time golfing.
		Tony Prechel- Our 4 year veteran, Tony is our quiet, unassuming diesel mechanic who leads with his mechanical abilities. If he's not in early to finish a mechanical job, he's out running his trap line or just enjoying the great outdoors.
		Matt Underwood- has been with the dealership for 2 1/2 years and adds his younger generation knowledge to the team. He can be found on his days off with his best friend, his dirt bike.
		Tom Whortenbury- A 2 year veteran at Kohls/Weelborg, Tom is the master of fluids. An avid gamer, especially Madden and anything racing, Tom also enjoys golf.
		Jason Dallenbach - Joined the staff in 2007. Before coming to the dealership, Jason worked in the slot department at Jackpot Junction Casino for 15 ½ years. Jason has a wife and two sons. In his spare time, he works on demo derby cars and enjoys driving, or crashing, in derbies with his co-worker Tony Prechel.

		Commerical Truck Department
		Rick Castle -Commercial Truck Department - Rick has lived his whole life in Redwood Falls. He has a wife, a daughter and two sons. His specialty in the truck department is fabricating and as he puts it “anything with iron.” One of his hobbies is whitewater rafting and he also enjoys working with iron as a hobby. Rick has been with us, in the truck department, since May 2008
		Lonnie Quackenbush - Lonnie returned to Kohls-Weelborg Ford in September of 2008. Lonnie worked at Kohls-Weelborg Ford previously in the detail department. In Lonnie's spare time he enjoys target shooting and skeet shooting. Lonnie has been a welcome addition to the Commercial Truck Department.
		Chuck Farmer - Commercial Truck Department. Chuck’s in charge of transportation, detailing trucks and many, many other tasks in the commercial truck department. When Chuck is out of the dealership he’s spending time outdoors or with his family.

		Can't Do It Without Them
		Gene Gores- has been a key part of everyday operations since 1993. Gene's roles are vast and very much in demand. An electrician for the county for many years, Gene's knowledge and smiling face is a bright spot at the dealership.
		Don Jahn- Another key part of everyday operations, Don's smiling face and helpfulness is a constant. His positive attitude keeps everyone in good spirits. Don's the resident coffee expert, having had a coffee route for many years.
